Welcome to Troop 474

Troop 474 is a Scouting America troop where scouts build leadership, learn outdoor skills and have a lot of fun along the way. We camp, hike, paddle and serve our community throughout the year.

Who we are: Troop 474 is a Scouting America troop based in St. Johns, Florida. With more than 100 scouts, we’re one of the larger troops in the area, and we keep the program active and welcoming for every scout. Our scouts camp, hike, paddle and serve their community, and they build leadership and confidence along the way. The troop is scout-led, so older scouts take on real responsibility planning trips and mentoring younger ones, with adult leaders there to guide and support them.

Whether your son is just crossing over from Cub Scouts or is a new scout joining for the first time, we’d love to meet you. Reach out at signup@troop474.com to learn more.

When and where we meet: Every Tuesday 6:30PM at Unity Church
